The financial opportunity explainedThe benefits of registering as an introducer include receiving 20% commission from our commission on all negotiated property purchases for a period of 12 months. To highlight the financial opportunity, once the client has been secured and the property search has negotiated a property purchase of £10million, for instance, the Introducer would receive £30,000 (20% commission from our 1.5% negotiated purchase commission). The Introducer will be eligible for ongoing commissions should the introduced client use the services again within a 12 month period. The client benefits from over 10 years of residential landlord, real estate agency and built environment experience in London and Kent within the United Kingdom. Plus other property professionals with equal amount of experience for the property finding, refurbishments and structural changes to increase cashflow, profit or equity.
