Hello and welcome to the Property Business Club Podcast episode 1. I’m Lena Benjamin, founder of the Property Business Club with topical events and webinars in 2019 details of which can be found on benjaminpropertyservices.co.uk/events. I’m also a strategic property search consultant at Benjamin Property Services. Today I’m going to be briefly talking about the wealth building opportunities in and around Crossrail 1 Elizabeth line for company directors, executives and family offices.
From my research I see that the Elizabeth line includes the following stations Abbey Wood (main line), Woolwich (main line), Custom House for ExCel, Canary Wharf, Whitechapel, Liverpool Street, Farringdon, Tottenham Court Road, Bond Street, Paddington, Acton Main Line, Ealing Broadway, West Ealing, Handle, Southall, Hayes & Harlington, Heathrow, West Drayton, Iver, Langley, Slough, Burnham, Taplow, Maidenhead, Twyford and Reading. Extending to Dartford from Ebbsfleet in Kent. Please note the full list of stations can be found in the photo now inserted below.
The Elizabeth line is due to open which means we will have a number of investors looking at buy-to-rent and buy-to-sell opportunities in those surrounding areas close to those stations.
They are what I would call hotspot regeneration areas, prime for wealth property strategies that Benjamin Property Services can support. We have the means to find distressed properties and land opportunities for development. Our focus would be to unpick your focus on what you want to achieve from your investment, including the areas and whether you are focused on buy-to-rent or buy-to-sell. We would only look for properties where we can negotiate a purchase price that makes sense to all parties involved.
I used to be a weekend sales and lettings negotiator and worked for several estate agents over the years. At the time, my main focus was to ensure that my properties were sold in the right manner so it only made sense to work for them to ensure a quick sale. It also honed my expertise in the areas of negotiation and connecting with people when I showed them around my properties.
I’d like to understand your strategic focus when building a property portfolio in London and/or Kent, you can schedule a mutually convenient free consultation in your timezone at benjaminpropertyservices.co.uk/schedule.
This is Lena Benjamin on the Property Business Club Podcast on the next episode I’m going to focus on the specific regeneration areas around the Elizabeth line for developing real estate wealth building opportunities.
