Hello and welcome to the Property Business Club Podcast episode 14. I’m Lena Benjamin, property consultant at Benjamin Property Services, providing off-market property search, area tours and project managing refurbishments in the London and Kent areas.

Today I’m going to be briefly talking about Innovators Immigrating to London and how utilising our property sourcing service could empower your business relocation. There are a number of opportunities that can allow the business to flourish and the innovative business idea to grow. The use of a building can be the key to establishing the lucrative growth opportunity in London or Kent, as we source property and provide area tours and project manage refurbishments in Bromley, Maidstone and Sevenoaks.

The building opportunity that can empower the business, provide a home and enable cashflow from the venture involves the new concept around Co-living / Co-working. The new age of living and working will involve the combination of working and living with other entrepreneurs and startups. Investors should consider the co-living / co-working phenomena which will continue to grow as we go further into the twenty-first century. The global mobility of people will continue to be rampant and London will be a pitstop for business and leisure travellers focused on community and collaboration.

Innovators moving to London should consider this opportunity when establishing their new business. If you have an idea and that idea requires the collaboration of other businesses then why not use the opportunity for us to source the off-market property. This will always be below market value and there could be a negotiated opportunity to take on the lease of an existing premises in order to convert it into a co-living space.

If you want to set up and run a business in the UK, have a new idea and at least £50,000 in investment funds you may be eligible to apply for the UK Government Innovator visa and have a chance to run your viable business opportunity.

At Benjamin Property Services, source and negotiate the purchase of off-market real estate for Innovators and Startups relocating to London or Kent. We source between the value of £500,000 and £10,000,000 charge a new client commitment fee of £1,000 which is refunded from the success fee of 1.5% commission which is paid via the solicitor.
