Lena Benjamin BA MBA, Managing Director
Over 10 years of property professional experience and client management expertise. Multiple years of experience working with London estate agents on sales and lettings negotiations. Landlord experience in the London and Kent areas including project managing refurbishments. Global multi-disciplinary plc engineering consultancy firm experience working with multi-million-pound buildings and infrastructure clients. Lena has two business degrees achieved from London universities, a Master of Business Administration (MBA, 2010) and a business studies degree specialising in marketing (BA Hons, 1999). Responsibilities in Benjamin Property Services Ltd: general management of the business, sourcing properties for clients investment/development and relocation purposes. Interests: Travelling. Meeting, networking and collaborating with like-minded businesspeople and embarking on new entrepreneurial endeavors. Points of Interest: Lena provided management commentary in a Financial Times book published in 2014. She was a panelist contributor on the managing culture panel at the Leaders First European Conference, Entrepreneurs 2012 at London ExCeL and has organised events at the House of Lords. Lena is currently organising events at WeWork Old St in London, part of the global community where businesses thrive in over 70 cities around the world.
Lester Benjamin OBE BEng CEng MCIBSE, Project Director
Over 30 years management, buildings, and infrastructure experience including in local and central government. Last appointment as Deputy Director for the Parliamentary Estates Directorate, Houses of Parliament. Managing budgets of over £100million and teams of over 300 building professionals including architects, chartered building surveyors, engineers, and contractors. Awarded an OBE for services to the Palace of Westminster. Responsibilities in Benjamin Property Services Ltd: Managing project budgets involved in the development and return on investment. Project and people management of the developments and sub-contractors involved in residential developments or refurbishments. Interests: Golfing in London and Cyprus. Fishing and reading John Grisham books.
Pricina Benjamin LLB LLM, Operations Director
Over 7 years legal and insurance experience including with insurers AIG and Countrywide. With legal firm Duncan Lewis. Extensive experience with client management involving complex family, criminal and mental health cases. Obtained a Master in Law from London South Bank University. Responsibilities in Benjamin Property Services Ltd: Property sourcing, Legal contracts liaison involving joint venture and contractor agreements etc, working with Land Registry, managing SPVs, ensuring adequate PI insurance in place and liaising with the planning department within the local authority. Interests: Working with vulnerable people to give them a voice. A keen interest in public affairs and the development of policies.
