Lena Benjamin BA MBA, Managing Director has over 10 years of property professional experience and client management expertise. Multiple years of experience working with London estate agents on sales and lettings  negotiations. Landlord experience in the London and Kent areas including project managing refurbishments. Global multi-disciplinary plc engineering consultancy firm experience working with multi-million-pound buildings and infrastructure clients. Lena has two business degrees achieved from London universities, a Master of Business Administration (MBA, 2010) and a business studies degree specialising in marketing (BA Hons, 1999). Responsibilities in Benjamin Property Services Ltd: general management of the business, sourcing properties for clients investment/development and relocation purposes. Interests: Travelling. Meeting, networking and collaborating with like-minded businesspeople and embarking on new entrepreneurial endeavors. Lena provided management commentary in a Financial Times book published in 2014. She was a panelist contributor on the managing culture panel at the Leaders First European Conference, Entrepreneurs 2012 at London ExCeL and has organised events at the House of Lords. Lena is currently organising events at WeWork Old St in London, part of the global community where businesses thrive in over 70 cities around the world.
